A油田降低天然气放空措施研究

Study on Measures to Reduce Natural Gas Venting in A Oilfield

  • 摘要: 为贯彻落实生态文明建设,切实推动油田绿色低碳发展,按照公司要求,需要将A油田天然气日放空量控制在0.3×104 m3以内。从梳理火炬放空来源、查阅各设备的历史运行工况、摸排物流输送状态等方面,开展全面测试连接至火炬放空系统阀门的密封性、回收水源井伴生气、利用A油田WHPA平台闲置的燃气洗涤罐为A油田CEPA平台燃气缓冲罐扩容、合理调整段塞流捕集器运行参数等工作,使得天然气日放空量满足排放要求,年回收天然气约135.1×104 m3,减少碳排放量2 921 t,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益,对于治理天然气放空问题具有很好的借鉴和推广意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to implement the construction of ecological civilization and effectively promote the green and low-carbon development of A oilfield, according to the requirements of the company, the daily venting volume of natural gas needs to be controlled within 0.3×104 m3. Starting from the aspects of sorting out the flare venting source, consulting the historical operating conditions of various equipment, and finding out the logistics transportation status, comprehensive tests were carried out before and after, including the tightness of the valves connected to the flare venting system, the recovery of the associated gas in the water source well, and the expansion of the gas buffer tank of CEPA platform of A oilfield by using the idle gas scrubber tank of WHPA platform of A oilfield, and the reasonable adjustments of the operation parameters of slug flow catcher. The daily venting volume of natural gas meets the emission requirements. The annual recovery of natural gas is about 135.1×104 m3, and the carbon emission is reduced by 2 921 t, which has achieved good economic and social benefits. It has a good reference and popularization significance for controlling the problem of natural gas venting.
