Abstract:
The fuel gas treatment system of an oilfield in Bohai mainly provides fuel for the turbine generator set. In order to improve the stability of gas supply, the process has been successfully implemented by optimizing process operating parameters, increasing subsea pipeline operating pressure, adjusting process control modes, and upgrad emergency handling procedures. The goal of using natural gas submarine pipelines to expand increase storage of fuel gas for the main engine without affecting the transmission of surplus gas has been successfully achieved. The project effectively proves the gas supply stability of the turbine generator set, reduces the risk of unplanned shutdown of the oilfield and the fuel cost of the turbine generator set.
