海洋钻井平台雾笛控制系统改造

Modification of Fog Horn Control System on Offshore Drilling Platform

  • 摘要: 为解决“勘探四号”半潜式海洋钻井平台雾笛控制设备老化、备件断货、故障率高等问题,探讨了雾笛控制系统的组成、控制设备原理和提高可靠性的方法,并基于西门子LOGO控制器进行程序设计,对原控制系统进行改造,有效解决了雾笛的原有故障,节约了雾笛整体换新的成本,可为类似雾笛故障解决及控制系统改造和设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of fog horn control equipment aging, spare parts outage and high failure rate of "KanTan IV"semisubmersible offshore drilling platform, the composition of the fog horn control system, the principle of the control equipment and the method of improving reliability are discussed. Based on Siemens LOGO controller, the original control system is reformed, which effectively solves the original fault of the fog horn and saves the cost of replacing the integrity fog horn. This paper can provide reference for the fault resolution of the similar fog horn and the transformation and design of the control system.
