神府区块新型小井眼优快钻井技术应用与建议

Application and Suggestion of New Type Slim Hole Drilling Technology in Shenfu Block

  • 摘要: 小井眼钻井技术可以有效地提高钻井效率、降低开发成本、减轻环保压力。2019年神府区块推行Ф155.6 mm小井眼钻井技术,应用14口,平均钻井周期22天,机械钻速7.4 m/h,一次固井合格率72.4%。Ф155.6 mm小井眼在该区块应用存在作业周期长、机械钻速低、固井质量无法保证等技术难题,为此,通过分析钻遇地层特点,优化井眼尺寸及井眼轨迹,优选钻头、钻具组合及提速工具,使用改进型聚合物钻井液体系等技术措施,在相近区块应用4口井,钻井周期降低36.5%,平均机械钻速提高38.9%,固井合格率提高至95.9%,并逐步形成了一套适应于神府区块相对完善的钻井技术体系。

     

    Abstract: The slim hole drilling technology can effectively improve the drilling efficiency, reduce the development cost and the environmental protection pressure. In 2019, the slim hole drilling technology of Ф155.6 mm was carried out in Shenfu Block. 14 wells were applied, with an average drilling cycle of 22 days, a ROP of 7.4 m/h and a qualified rate of 72.4% for one-time cementing. There were some technical problems in the application of Ф155.6 mm slim hole in the block, such as long operation cycle, low ROP, and unable to guarantee cementing quality. Therefore, through analyzing the characteristics of the drilled formation, optimizing the well structure and trajectory, optimizing the bit, BHA and speed increasing tools, and using the improved polymer drilling fluid system, four wells were applied in similar blocks, and the drilling cycle was reduced by 36.5%. The average ROP was increased by 38.9% and the cementing qualification rate was increased to 95.9%. A relatively perfect drilling technology system suitable for Shenfu Block was gradually formed.
