海上油田内挂井槽设计新思路

A New Design of Internal Well Slot in Offshore Oilfields

  • 摘要: 渤海某油田储量丰富,含油面积大,但油田井网存在控制程度低、井控储量大、注采不完善的问题,导致该部分区块采出程度偏低。针对上述情况并充分考虑利用现有设施,以减少改造工作量和投资为原则,出于快速高效投产和提高钻井平台资源通用性的考虑,从项目开始就本着“降本增效、打破常规”的方针,开展了钻完井牵头指导工程建造专业进行WHPE平台内挂井槽设计的新思路。基于生产平台结构以及设施,对平台进行适应性改造,内挂单筒双井或单筒单井槽口以实现油藏要求;同时根据现有钻井平台的升船气隙、悬臂梁长度、避让障碍物能力等关键因素,指导槽口形状及分布设计,以实现采用常规配置低日费钻井平台、尽量作业多口井的设计原则,降低项目整体投资,提高油田开发收益。该思路方法经实践验证灵活经济可靠,后期可对海上平台和钻井平台建立数据库,实现快速匹配分析和设备改造。

     

    Abstract: An oilfield in the Bohai Sea has abundant reserves and large oil-bearing area, but it also has some problems, such as low degree of control of the well pattern, large well-controlled reserves, and imperfect injection and production, resulting in low recovery in this part of the block. In view of full consideration of the use of existing facilities, and rapid and efficient commissioning of production and the improvement of the versatility of drilling platform resources, the principle of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, breaking the routine was put forward, and a new idea of ​​​​drilling and completion leading the engineering construction professional to carry out the design of the well slot in the WHPE platform was launched. Based on the structure and facilities of the production platform, the platform is adaptively modified, with single-tube double wells or single-tube single-well slots built to achieve reservoir requirements. Meanwhile, according to the existing drilling platform's lift air gap, cantilever length, and obstacle avoidance ability, the notch shape and distribution design are clear. Finally, it is realized that operating as many wells as possible with conventional low-cost drilling platforms, and reduce overall project investment and increase oilfield development revenue. This method has been proved to be flexible, economical and reliable in practice, and it can establish a database for offshore platforms in future to realize rapid matching analysis and equipment transformation.
