渤海S油田气举故障诊断及解决对策

Fault Diagnosis and Countermeasures of Gas-lift Wells in Bohai S Oilfield

  • 摘要: 气举采油是一种成熟的人工举升方式,通过向井内注入高压气体将液体携带至地面,具有施工简单、管理方便等特点,实际生产中常因生产波动、工况异常等引起举升低效问题,因此有必要建立相应配套技术体系。针对该问题通过开展成因分析及机理研究,制定了气举故障诊断技术和治理对策,基于节点分析法开展工艺参数评价,为优化气举设计提供了决策依据。现场应用证明举升效率提升明显,最大限度满足了油藏的需求。通过该技术对策可以全面掌握气举井工作状况,对指导气举生产具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Gas-lift technology is a mature artificial lifting method, which has the characteristics of simple construction and convenient management. The liquid is carried to the ground by injecting high-pressure gas into the well. In actual production, the lifting is often inefficient due to production fluctuation and abnormal working conditions, so it is necessary to establish corresponding technical system. In order to solve the problem, through the analysis of the cause and mechanism, the gas lift fault diagnosis technology and treatment countermeasures are developed. The process parameter evaluation is carried out based on node analysis method, which provides decision-making basis for optimizing the gas lift design. The field application proves that the lifting efficiency has been improved obviously, and it can meet the needs of the reservoir to the maximum extent. Through this technical countermeasure, the working condition of gas-lift well can be completely mastered, which is of great significance to guide gas-lift production.
