基于管桩耦合模型的独桩平台栈桥管道应力分析

Pipeline Stress Analysis of Monopile Trestle Based on Pipe-Pile Coupling Model

  • 摘要: 独桩支撑平台抗侧向位移刚度较小,极端工况下平台发生较大水平位移会带动栈桥及其上的管道产生较大的相对运动,造成管道薄弱部位强度不足发生损坏泄漏。此文结合胜利海上油田某平台改造项目,基于管桩耦合整体分析模型,将输油管道、栈桥与独立桩作为一个系统进行应力分析,得到了更为合理的分析结果,在此基础上提出了管道优化布置措施,有效降低了管道的应力水平,可为类似项目提供参考借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Under extreme conditions, the large horizontal displacement of monopile platform will drive trestle and pipeline on it to produce a large relative movement. The weak part of pipeline may cause damage and leakage due to poor anti-lateral displacement stiffness of monopile platform. Combining with a modification project of a Shengli Offshore Oil platform, this paper takes the oil pipeline, trestle and monopile as a whole system and the stress characteristic is analysed, based on the overall analysis model of pipe-pile coupling. Consequently, a more reasonable analysis result is obtained and optimal pipeline layout measures are proposed, which can effectively reduce the stress level of the pipeline, and provide reference for similar projects.
