海上注聚油田复合解堵修井液的研究与应用

Study and Application of Compound Plugging Removal Workover Fluid in Offshore Injection Polymer Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对渤海注聚油田聚合物堵塞问题,开发复合解堵修井液体系,利用修井作业窗口期解除近井地带聚合物堵塞,恢复油井产能。复合解堵修井液体系由主剂氧化剂和辅剂高效清洗剂、螯合剂组成。采用垢样静态溶解和动态岩心驱替实验评价复合解堵修井液对聚合物堵塞物溶解能力。室内实验表明,该体系具有良好的聚合物降解、洗油和金属阳离子螯合能力,24小时可完全溶解含油聚合物垢样中的有机组分。动态驱替实验表明,对于聚合物伤害后的岩心,注入复合解堵修井液体系后,岩心渗透率恢复率达96%。该体系已应用于注聚油田油井修井作业,具有明显的提液增油能力,为海上注聚油田利用修井作业窗口期提升油井产能提供了有力支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the polymer plugging problem in Bohai injection oil field, a compound plugging removal workover fluid system was developed to remove the polymer blockage in the near-well area and restore the productivity of the oil well. Compound plugging removal workover liquid is composed of main agent oxidant and auxiliary agent cleaning agent and chelating agent. Static dissolution and dynamic core displacement experiments were carried out to evaluate the polymer plugging and dissolution ability of composite plugging workover fluid. Laboratory experiments show that the system has a good ability of polymer degradation, oil washing and metal cation chelation, and can completely dissolve the organic components in the oil-bearing polymer scale in 24 hours. Dynamic displacement experiments show that the permeability recovery rate of polymer damaged cores is up to 96% after the injection of composite plugging removal workover fluid system. The system has been applied to the well workover operation in the injection oil field, and it has the obvious ability to extract liquid and increase oil, which provides a strong support for the offshore injection oil field to improve the oil well productivity in the window period of the workover operation.
