自升式钻井平台防台风井口安装探讨

Discussion about the BOP Nipple Up Method of Jack-up Rig Anti-typhoon

  • 摘要: 台风是海上钻井平台每年都需面对的具大考验,尤其是对于自升式钻井平台。由于其自身结构设计和钻井工艺的原因,导致平台在台风来时无法收回悬臂梁,其井口相关装置状态只能与正常作业时保持一致,这就要求自升式钻井平台在台风季节的井口安装需充分考虑台风可能对井口相关设备造成的影响。该文通过阐述“勘探七号”自升式钻井平台在东海某井历经三次台风后井口设施的实际状态,结合常用的钻井工艺流程和现场安装操作问题,分析总结出了自升式钻井平台井口安装时的经验和注意事项,且相关方法已在实际作业中取得了良好的效果,为今后类似平台的井口安装提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Typhoon is a huge annual challenge for the offshore drilling rig, especially for Jack-up rig. Due to its own structural design and drilling technology, the cantilever can't be recovered when the typhoon comes, and the BOP, CTU, wellheads and some other equipments can only keep the same status as the production time, that's why we need to discuss and analyze how to nipple up BOP to avoid the damage of equipment which can be made by the typhoon. In this paper, the method and experience will be introduced in detail though the field practice in the Rig KANTAN 7 which undergo three typhoons in the same well. Actually, the mentioned method has achieved good results, so this paper can provide a reference for similar rigs.
