海上高渗地层水平套管井压裂充填技术实践

  • 摘要: 水平套管井压裂充填防砂技术具有释放产能、有效防止底水锥进的优势,然而目标油田M20H1井储层存在表皮系数高、近井地带受污染、以及作业段长、渗透率高和筛套环空间隙小的问题,作业面临多项挑战。通过剖析地层应力和适度分层,在避免作业风险同时省时降本;采用钻杆复配,优化钻具结构降低循环摩阻,确保施工压力满足要求;数值模拟分析了极限工况下耐冲蚀性能,优选管材满足长效防砂生产需要;选择优质陶粒和海水基压裂胍胶液,提高充填效果;采用免破胶射孔液简化作业程序,降本效果良好。该技术体系在海上高渗地层中首次应用,现场压裂充填作业顺利完成,测试产量达到了配产要求的两倍,增产效果显著。形成了一套海上高渗地层水平套管井压裂充填防砂工艺,为渤海油田稳产、增产提供了技术支撑,可为类似油田开发提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Horizontal casing well frac-packing and sand control technology has the advantages of releasing productivity and effectively preventing bottom water coning. However, there are some problems in the M20H1 reservoir, such as high skin factor, contaminated (zone) near the well, long operating section, high permeability and small space gap of screen ring.The operation faces several challenges.By analyzing formation stress and proper stratification, it saves time and cost while avoiding operational risks. The drilling pipe is combined to optimize the structure of the drilling tools, which can reduce the cyclic friction and ensure that the construction pressure meets the requirements. The erosion resistance performance under the extreme working condition is analyzed by numerical simulation and pipe materials are optimized to meet the needs of long-term sand control production. High quality ceramsite and seawater based guanidine fracturing fluid are selected to improve the filling effect. The operation procedure is simplified by glue-free perforating solution, and the cost reduction effect is good. The first application of this technology system in the offshore high-permeability formation was carried out, and the on-site frac-packing operation was successfully completed. The test output reached twice as much as the requirement of production allocation, and the stimulation effect was remarkable. A set of frac-packing and sand control technology for horizontal casing well of offshore high-permeability formation has been formed, which provides technical support for stabilizing and increasing production in Bohai oilfield and can provide reference for similar oilfield development.
