渤海油田砂岩储层岩石力学参数预测经验公式研究

Study on Empirical Formulas for Predicting Rock Mechanical Parameters of Sandstone Reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 获取储层岩石力学资料是进行出砂预测的基础性工作。取得岩心力学资料最为可靠的方式是通过岩心进行实验测得,但岩石力学实验往往具有一定的偏差性和局限性。为获得有效的岩石力学参数,该文借助了更易获取的测井资料,寻找了测井数据与实验数据之间的内在关系,进而对岩石力学参数进行预测。该文利用渤海4个油田几十个岩心的单轴抗压强度实验数据统计分析,发现单轴抗压强度与声波时差、深度、密度等测井数据呈现较强的相关性。利用多元广义线性回归,建立了岩石力学参数预测公式。利用新开发油田的岩石数据进行了验证,结果表明,新公式误差远小于常规经验公式,且绝对误差值在1.5 MPa以内。该公式在渤海油田具有较好的适应性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Obtaining reservoir rock mechanics data is the basic work for sanding prediction. The most reliable way to obtain the core mechanics data is through the experimental measurement of the core, but the rock mechanics experiments often have certain deviations and limitations. In order to obtain effective rock mechanics parameters, this paper uses more easily obtained logging data to find the internal relationship between logging data and experimental data, and then predicts the rock mechanics parameters. In this paper, the statistical analysis of the uniaxial compressive strength experimental data of dozens of cores in 4 oil fields in Bohai Oilfield shows that the uniaxial compressive strength is strongly correlated with logging data such as acoustic time difference, depth and density. Using multiple generalized linear regression, the rock mechanics parameter prediction formula is established. The rock data of the newly developed oil field were used to verify. The results show that the new formula error is much smaller than the conventional empirical formula, and the absolute error value is within 1.5 MPa. The formula has good adaptability and reliability in Bohai Oilfield.
