泡沫金属防砂筛管研制及性能测试

Development and Performance Test of Foamed Metal Sand Control Screen

  • 摘要: 海上油气田常用的防砂方式主要为独立筛管防砂和砾石充填防砂,独立筛管防砂主要用于物性较好的储层,砾石充填防砂主要用于物性较差的储层,对于物性介于中间类型的储层,独立筛管防砂失效的风险较大,砾石充填防砂又有些浪费。通过对具有三维立体结构的泡沫金属材料挡砂机理的研究,研制出了一种泡沫金属防砂筛管。通过室内性能测试和井下现场试用,证明泡沫金属筛管的挡砂性能、过流能力、耐堵塞能力和耐冲蚀性能均较好。泡沫金属防砂筛管为海上油气田的防砂提供了一种新的选择。

     

    Abstract: The stand-alone and gravel packing sand control methods are commonly used in offshore oil and gas fields.Stand-alone sand control is mainly used for reservoirs with good physical properties while gravel packing sand control is applied for reservoirs with poor physical properties. For the reservoirs with medium physical property, stand-alone sand control has risk of failure, and gravel packing sand control is somewhat wasteful.In this paper, a kind of foamed metal sand control screen was developed by studying the sand retention mechanism of foamed metal material with three-dimensional structure.Through indoor performance test and downhole field trial, it is proved that the foam metal screen has good sand retaining performance, flowing ability, anti-plugging and anti-erosion capacity. The foamed metal sand control screen provides a new method of sand control for offshore oil and gas field development.
