大修解堵清洗技术研究及现场应用

Study and Application of Unplugging and Cleaning Technology in Workover

  • 摘要: 针对海上平台修井作业特点,阐述了为选择适应于海洋平台作业的大修解堵洗井液技术所进行的室内先导性实验评价以及后续的现场应用情况。该技术以热化学洗井为主,洗井助排液、前置液洗井为辅,通过热化学反应产生的大量热能及气体有效地解除井筒及近井地带的有机物堵塞,提高油井产量,缩短了油井修井作业后的恢复期。

     

    Abstract: In view of the workover characteristics of offshore platform, the pilot laboratory evaluation and subsequent field application of workover unplugging and cleaning technology have been conducted for selecting the platform suitable for offshore operation. In this technology, thermo chemical washing is dominated, combined with the assistant fluids for well washing and the preflushing fluid. With the large amount of heat and gas produced by the thermo chemical reactions, this technology can effectively remove the organic plugs from the wellbore and the reservoir, and especially can increase the output of the oil well and shorten the recovery period of the well.
