海上稠油泡沫堵水技术研究与应用

Study and Application of Foam Plugging Technology in Offshore Heavy Oil Field

  • 摘要: 渤海油田生产井大多采用大段防砂和笼统注采方式,防砂段间水窜问题可以使用卡水方式解决,但无法解决防砂段内个别层水窜。化学堵水方法是治理此类问题的有效手段。为此,研究了泡沫体系堵水技术并在渤海某油田XX井进行了成功应用,现场应用后増油效果显著。该技术展现了良好应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In most of the production wells in Bohai Oilfield, large section of sand control and general injection-production way are mainly used, and the problems of the water channeling among different sand control intervals can be solved by using wellbore tools. However, the situation of water channeling within individual layers cannot be solved. The water plugging by chemical method is an effective technique to solve this problem. Therefore, study has been conducted on water plugging technology with foam system, and furthermore put the foam system into field test successfully in well XX in Bohai Oilfield. The oil production rate has been increased greatly after application. This technique shows a great application prospective in the future.
