裸眼井打捞防塌工作液体系开发及现场应用

Development and Application of Anti-Sloughing Fluid System during Salvage in Borehole

  • 摘要: 渤海油田水平井和部分定向井均采用裸眼内置优质筛管防砂方式完井,在这部分井进行大修起、下筛管过程中,需要打捞原井的防砂筛管,如果工作液不具备防塌性,则可能引起井壁坍塌,造成卡钻事故,同时还破坏近井地带的储层结构,对后期再次完井及生产均造成极大的危害。在原有大修工作液的基础上开发出防塌工作液,室内实验和现场应用均表明,该体系防塌效果好,可有效保障打捞工作的顺利进行。

     

    Abstract: In Bohai Oilfield, all horizontal wells and some directional wells are completed by using high quality sieve tube within borehole in order to control sand. During well work-over operation, if the working fluid system is not anti-sloughing, the system will cause wellbore lose stability, which will lead drilling pipe to stick. In addition, the system will destroy the reservoir structure in the near-wellbore area, which will do great damages to oil production and next well completion. We develop a new kind of antisloughing working fluid system on the basis of old system. The new system has good performance in anti-sloughing, which has been confirmed by laboratory tests and application. The anti-sloughing working fluid system can guarantee that fishing can be conducted smoothly.
