成膜剂HN-1研制及其在钻井液中的应用

Development of Film Forming Agent HN-1 and Its Application in Drilling Fluid

  • 摘要: 在复杂地区石油勘探开发过程中,井壁失稳和储层伤害已成为国际性技术难题。钻井液中的水相进入井壁地层和油气储层是造成井壁失稳和储层损害的主要原因,为了阻止钻井液中的水相进入井壁地层和油气储层,近年来国内外学者提出了超低渗透钻井液技术,其中成膜剂是超低渗透钻井液的关键处理剂。着重介绍为恩平24-2油田所研制的一种不影响钻井液其他性能并能降低钻井液滤失量的成膜剂HN-1以及由此而构建的恩平24-2油田超低渗透钻井液体系。同时,根据超低渗透钻井液性能测试方法,评价了其侵入砂床深度、高温高压砂床滤失量、岩心承压能力和储层保护能力。评价结果表明,HN-1成膜剂阻止了钻井液中固相和液相进入储层,降低了钻井液侵入砂床深度和钻井液高温高压砂床滤失量,提高了岩心承压能力和储层保护能力,为开发恩平24-2油田提供了有效保障。

     

    Abstract: Borehole instability and reservoir damage have become an international technical problem in petroleum exploration and development of complicated area. The main reason for borehole instability and reservoir damage is caused by invading of water phase from drilling fluid into borehole wall and oil reservoirs. In order to prevent the water of drilling fluid invading borehole wall and oil reservoirs, the technology of ultra-low permeable drilling fluid has been put forward recently by the domestic and foreign scholars. Film forming agent is the key treating agent of ultra-low permeable drilling fluid. In this article, the film forming agent HN-1 is introduced. This film forming agent has no great influence on the other properties of the drilling fluid, and can decrease the filter loss of drilling fluid applied in Enping 24-2 oil field. Therefore, the ultra-low permeable drilling fluid applied in Enping 24-2 oil field has been formulated. With the testing methods of drilling fluid properties for ultra-low permeable reservoirs, evaluation has been conducted on the invasion depth of drilling fluids into sand-beds, drilling fluid filter loss at high temperature/high pressure sand-beds, the pressure-bearing capability of cores, and the ability of reservoir protection. The results showed that the film forming agent HN-1 decreased drilling fluid invasion sand-bed depth and drilling fluid HTHP sand-bed filter loss, improved the pressure-bearing capabil-ity of core and the capability of reservoir protection, which provides an efficiency guarantee for the development of Enping 24-2 oil field.
