水下防喷器控制系统故障分析及其处理——以萨哈林某井为例

The BOP Control System Failure Analysis and Handling-an Example of One Well of Sakhalin

  • 摘要: 阐述了半潜式钻井平台水下防喷器控制系统的工作原理,以"勘探X号"半潜式钻井平台在俄罗斯萨哈林海域作业时防喷器控制系统出现的故障为例,分析其故障原因,介绍处理方法和应对措施;给半潜式钻井平台水下防喷器控制系统故障分析和处理提供借鉴和指导作用,特别是半潜式钻井平台在寒冷海域和深水区域作业时。

     

    Abstract: The principle of BOP control system in semi-submersible drilling platform has been explained in this paper. The reasons are analyzed for the troubles on the BOP control system of KANTAN 3 semi-submersible drilling platform occurred during operations in Sakhalin sea, Russia. In addition, the related handling and solving measures are introduced. It might be helpful for the BOP control system of semi-submersible drilling platform in trouble-shooting and processing, especially in hard cold sea environment.
