电阻法测二元复合驱剩余油分布及其影响因素实验研究

Experimental Study on Distribution of Residual Oil after Surfactant/ Polymer Flooding with Resistivity Method and Influence Factors

  • 摘要: 油田开发过程中剩余油分布是开发效果评价和提高采收率措施选择的重要参考依据,物理模拟实验中常采用岩心内油水电阻率及其变化来判定剩余油分布及其变化情况。在完成电极材料优选和电极排列方式优化的基础上,以现代油藏工程、提高采收率和现代检测技术理论为指导,开展了标定曲线实验研究和三维仿真模型原油饱和方式对原始含油饱和度的影响及无碱二元复合驱剩余油分布的研究。结果表明,实验用水矿化度及离子类型和岩心渗透率差异对标定曲线存在影响;对于三维仿真模型岩心应选用边角饱和油方式,驱油剂类型优选二元复合体系;对于纵向非均质油藏,从纵向上看剩余油主要分布在中低渗透层,从平面上看主要分布在远离注入井和主流线的两翼部位。

     

    Abstract: Residual oil distribution is an important factor for evaluating the oilfield development effects and determining the enhanced oil recovery methods. In physical modeling experiments, the residual oil distribution and its change are often detected through oil and water resistivity and their variation in the cores. Guided by the theories of modem reservoir engineering, enhanced oil recovery and modem detection technology, through optimization of electrode material and configuration of electrodes, experimental study has been conducted on the factors affecting calibration curve, and the influence of the way by which the oil is saturated in 3D simulation models on initial oil saturation and residual oil distribution after SP flooding. The study results show that mineralization of experimental water, ion type and permeability difference have great influence on calibration curve; For 3D simulation model cores, saturating oil in the corner and polymer/surfactant flooding are recommended; For vertical heterogeneous reservoirs, residual oils distributed mainly in moderate and low permeability layers, and distributed mainly in the two sides of structures which are far away from injection wells and main stream lines.
