自升式平台穿刺计算方法探讨

Discussion on punch-through calculation method of jackup

  • 摘要: 自升式平台的穿刺会对平台结构或桩腿造成不同程度的损伤,因此非常有必要对作业井位进行插桩穿刺安全性评估。在总结国内外穿刺计算方法的基础上,首先分析了接近穿刺状态下上覆砂层的抗剪切能力,对桩基承载力公式进行了修正;然后对穿刺安全系数进行了探讨,推荐了平台作业期处于台风季时采用的安全系数;最后提出了更完善的穿刺分析和作业流程,并以HYSY9××平台在某井位插桩计算为例验证了所提出的方法。

     

    Abstract: Jackup installation is often faced with potential punch-through problems, which could produce fatalities on the legs or jacking systems.Thus it is essential to perform installation safety assessment on site specifically before deployment.Based on research of punch-through calculation methods in home and abroad, investigations on shear force of the firm layer, ultimate bearing capacity and safety factor are discussed.An analysis flow chart for potential punch-through site is also proposed.Finally, this analysis method is illustrated with HYSY9××installation as an example.
