密闭取心技术在渤海油田的首次应用

First application of sealed coring technique in Bohai Oilfieid

  • 摘要: 为了研究渤海SZ36-1油田的油层水驱效果和水淹规律,进行了密闭取心作业。取心层位具有连通程度高、岩性疏松、含水率大等特点,取心难度大,研究利用选择合理的取心工具和取心钻头,优选泥浆体系,优化泥浆性能和井身结构,合理选择施工参数,顺利完成了取心作业,为SZ36-1油田调整方案的制定提供了有利的第一手资料,并且为以后渤海油田进行密闭取心作业提供了借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: In order to study water flooding effect and water flooding law of the reservoirs in Bohai SZ36-1 oilfield, coring operation was made. Coring layer with a and high degree of connectivity, loose cementation, and high water content brought difficulty to coring, so rational coring tools and drill bits were selected, mud system and wellbore configuration were optimized, reasonable construction parameters were selected, and completion of the coring operation was successful, which provided powerful first-hand information for the adjustment program for SZ36-1 oilfield and references for sealed coring operations in other oilfields in Bohai.
