渤海油田电潜泵出租方的主要应对措施和效果

The main countermeasures of ESP lessor and its effects in the Bohai Bay

  • 摘要: 自2002年渤海自营油田开始试行电潜泵租赁以来,各电潜泵出租方为适应从采购模式到租赁模式的转换,满足承租方提出的租赁要求,出租方在投标策略、供应链、质量体系、技术改进等方面采取了有效的措施,使运行周期延长、租赁收益增加,获得了良好效果。

     

    Abstract: Baohai self-supporting offshore oilfield started to try ESP rent adopted effective measures such as bidding tactics, supply chain, since 2002. Each ESP lessor had quality system, and technical improve-ment to meet the requirements of lessees. Extended running period of ESP and increased income showed rent mode had obtained favorable effects.
