低固相甲酸盐钻井液体系研究

Laboratory research on low solids formate drilling fluid

  • 摘要: 为了解决泥页岩井段井壁不稳定问题造成井下事故和地层损害等问题,研究出甲酸盐钻井液配方。该体系主要由增黏型降失水剂、降滤失剂、润滑剂、抑制剂、甲酸盐等组成。试验结果表明,甲酸盐钻井液具有滤失量小、固相含量低、体系摩阻小、抑制性好和抗污染能力强等优良性能,能较好地防止地层损害与稳定井壁。同时体系的剪切稀释性强,有利于降低循环压耗,充分发挥水力,提高钻井速度。

     

    Abstract: To resolve drilling problems such as borehole instability and formation damage, low solids for-mate drilling fluid was formulated with viscosifying filtrate reducers, lubricants, inhibitors and formate in laboratory. The research showed that this kind of drilling fluid had a relatively low filtrate volume, low solids content, low friction drag, good inhibitive and pollution resisting capacity, so it could prevent formation damage and stabilize borehole. At the same time, the fluid had a better shear thinning performance, and it could reduce the circulating pressure loss and increase the speed of drilling.
