Application and Fault Analysis of PROFIBUS Fieldbus Technology in Drilling Platform

  • 摘要: ProfiBus现场总线作为一种常用的现场总线技术已广泛应用于工业自动化领域,随着科学技术不断发展,包括海洋石油钻井领域在内的工业生产越来越智能化、自动化,当今主流的石油钻井平台已经实现高度自动化。该文简述ProfiBus 现场总线技术在海洋石油钻井平台上的应用情况,并以发生在勘探七号自升式海洋石油钻井平台顶驱控制系统的某次ProfiBus通讯故障为例,阐述故障现象,分析查找故障原因和排查方法,旨在为今后高度自动化的海洋石油钻井平台作业中类似设备的故障预防、故障原因分析、故障查找和排除提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: As a common fieldbus technology, ProfiBus fieldbus has been widely used in the field of industrial automation. With the continuous developments of science and technology, industrial production, including the field of offshore oil drilling, is becoming more and more intelligent and automatic. Today, the mainstream oil drilling platform has achieved high automation. This paper briefly describes the application of ProfiBus fieldbus technology in offshore oil drilling platform, and takes a ProfiBus communication failure in the top drive control system of Kantan 7 jack-up offshore oil drilling rig as an example to explain the fault phenomenon, analyze the cause of the fault and the troubleshooting method. The purpose is to provide reference for the failure prevention, failure cause analysis, failure search and elimination of similar equipment in the operation of highly automated offshore oil drilling platform in the future.
