活性微球堵剂的研究与应用

Research and application of active micro-sphere plugging agent

  • 摘要: 为了解决现河油区复杂断块油藏开发中剩余油难以有效动用的问题, 通过乳液或微乳液制备方法, 研制开发了活性微球系列堵剂, 开展了活性微球堵剂的研究与应用。通过大量室内试验, 评价了活性微球的原始尺寸、形态、膨胀性、稳定性、封堵效果等理化指标, 并模拟油藏条件对微球进行适用性评价, 确定现河油区复杂断块不同渗透率条件下不同级差的微球, 筛选出了适合本油区特点的微球体系, 开展了矿场深部调剖试验, 最终得出了利用活性微球堵剂进行深部立体调剖, 可以真正意义上实现低浓度、小剂量、在线注入的结论, 从而在地层深部实现逐级逐步的液流改向, 提高了注入水波及面积和体积, 达到提高采收率的目的。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of the remaining oil production in complexed fault block reservoir of Xianhe oil zone, a set of active micro-sphere plugging agents have been also developed using the method of latex or micro-latex preparation. The research and application of active micro-sphere plugging agent have been also carried out. Based on lots of lab experiments, physical and chemical parameters of the active micro-sphere are evaluated including original size, shape and form, expansibility, stability, plugging results, etc. Applicability is also evaluated by modeling the reservoir conditions. As a result, micro-spheres of different ranks used for different permeability in Xianhe complexed fault block reservoir are chosen as a micro-sphere system that adapts to the reservoir characteristic well. In the end, field test of deep stereo profile control is carried out. In conclusion, deep stereo profile control with active micro-sphere can be actually realized of low concentration, little dose and injection on line, which increases swept area and volume of injected water, then reaches the aim of EOR.
