PVDF管式超滤膜在低渗油田水处理中的研究及应用——以江苏台兴油田为例

Study and application of PVDF tubular ultrafiltration membrane to water treatment in low permeability oilfields——taking Taixing Oilfield as an example

  • 摘要: 根据低渗油田和特低渗油田的特点,研制出PVDF管式超滤膜,开展室内基础研究,并在江苏台兴油田进行中试和大规模的现场试验。经过处理后,水质标准达到油田回注水A1标准(SY/T5329-1994),满足了低渗油田和特低渗油田的注水要求。

     

    Abstract: Based on characteristics of low permeability oilfield and ultra-low permeability oilfield, PVDF tubular ultrafiltration membrane has been developed, Laboratory fundamental research of this new approach has been carried out, and large scale field experiment is being performed in Jiangsu Taixing Oilfield. After water treatment using PVDF tubular ultrafiltration membrane, the water quality reaches the A1 standard of oilfield injection water (SY/T5329-1994), and meets the requirement of water injection in low permeability oilfield and ultra-low permeability oilfield.
