This paper reviewed profile control of Pucheng Oilfield, and introduced technique development, such as decision technology, plugging agent technology and construction technology. By profile control and water shutoff in Pucheng Oilfield, we got better effect and inquire into present situation of profile control, existing question and limited profilie control and water shutoff. The paper also pointed out development direction of profile control and water shutoff in Pucheng Oilfield.
