Improving Oilfield Information Management by Exploration Information System

The paper introduced the design idea, system data management and function of economics information system, which is one of oilfield management information systems based on GIS. Combining geo-information and oilfield exploitation data and taking the base map as carrier, the system achieves the process of searching, counting and analyzing to provide scientific foundations for planning, judging and decisionmaking of oilfield exploitation management.
