The method of confirming fracture parameter and development degree in carbonate reservoir

  • The research of fracture parameter is significative because the fracture not only acts as the passage of the fluid flow but also the storage space in carbonate reservoir. So the fracture parameter has the positive relationship with the character of reservoir. This paper describes the fracture porosity, permeability obliquity, density, and length using the static data and experience formula and analyses the fracture development degree using the dynamic data such as production, well connectivity, etc. The method combining static and dynamic data can better describe the fracture development degree.
