The selecting of dewatering gas recovery techniques in offshore gas field

Water production in gas well is a problem that we must face in the middle and later stage of gas field development which has great influence on production of gas well. Dewatering gas production is an effective means to solve water production in gas well and liquid loading. There are many techniques of dewatering gas production in home and abroad and different techniques have their own applicability. Based on production characteristics of offshore gas field, well selecting principles, working conditions and economic applicability of many proven dewatering gas production techniques in home and abroad was analyzed adaptable dewatering techniques to offshore gas field was recommended and the composite technique of optimum tubing string and gas lift was analyzed in detail. These techniques guided high efficiency production after water production in offshore gas field.
