Research and application of acidizing technique for high temperature and low permeability sandstone reservoir in offshore oilfield

  • Based-on the analysis of reservoir damage and the results of lab experiment, five wells in BZ34 oilfield with low permeability and high temperature are treated by multi-hydrogen acid system. All of them get successful rate of 100%, and each of then meets or exceeds the allocated oil production after being treated. The results of treatments show that the multi-hydrogen acid system can remove the damages of drilling fluid and completion fluid effectively. In contrast with the conventional acid systems, the multihydrogen acid system has enormous advantages and it will be reference for this kind of offshore oilfields.
