Prospect Assessment of Large-medium Size Gas Field in Sudi Play of the Xihu Trough,the East China Sea

Using data of seismic, drilling, logging, testing and laboratory test, this paper integrates stress field, paleo-hydrodynamics, Reservoir and seal analysis to study petroleum system, the following conclusions are obtained:1. Sudi Play has geological condition of forming large-size gas field.2. Footwall of reversed fault and Eocene Pinghu formation are important exploration fields.3. Chunxiao gas field is the first exploration target in Shudi.
