Drilling Management Mode and Technique Measures in Chunxiao Area in the East China Sea

Drilling management mode and technique measures were put forward with regard to the drilling properties in exploration well in Chunxiao area in the East China Sea, and optimum drilling programs and operation in the area are discussed. It is proved that drilling project management and technique measures taken in the area is successful, and will play an important role in improving drilling economic benefits.
