Water Shutoff Mechanism Research of Lime Cream Profile Control Agent and Its Application

By using lime residue in water leg rebuilding, lime cream profile control agent is prepared. The paper analyses the physicochemical feature of water treatment residue, researches the screening of lime cream and compound plugging agent for the different reservoir feature,and determines the result of plugging the big pore path by applying core flow simulation test, through field application the results show that the lime cream profile control agent can effectively plug the high permeability reservoir,increase oil and decrease water and solve environment pollution. Meanwhile,the aims of increasing income and decrease expenditure, and changing waste into useful one are attained.
