The Primary Cognition of PC-cluster Applications in the Seisimic Processing System

With the fast development of PC-cluster, many companies of seismic exploration use the PC-cluster system as their processing system of seismic data. This article discussed the relation between PC-cluster processing system and the front-server, the job-running mode and the running efficiency, and alse analyzes advantages and disadvantages of PC-cluster.
