Abstract
The offshore oil fields use the jack up drilling rigs for oil field development, and the number of positioning operations on a single platform is more than 5 times on average. Multiple positioning leads to various theories and different depths of seabed footprints, and it is very easy to slip when re-positioning. Aiming at the slip problem in the construction of offshore oil field engineering, the research is carried out from the aspects of slip mechanism research, platform site optimization, recommended practice for positoning operation, special investigation of fine positioning area, customization of positioning scheme and footprint repair scheme, and the preparation of anti-slip software, and an anti-slip system for offshore oil field positioning operation with Bohai characteristics is established. Through the application in Bozhong, Kenli and other oil field blocks, the emplacement efficiency is improved and good economic benefits are obtained. This study provides a new scheme and basis for the large-scale development of Bohai Oilfield and other sea areas of CNOOC.
