Abstract
In order to meet the large-scale development and production needs of Bohai Oilfield in the future, achieve efficient layered production and segmented fine water control of open hole horizontal wells, and fully explore the remaining oil, a set of open hole segmented filling process system has been developed and improved through the research and development of bypass isolation packers, bypass isolation packer seat sealing tools, bypass shut-off valves, bypass valve shut-off tools, switchable single flow valves and other devices. While ensuring efficient sand control and stable production, it also meets the requirements of effective interlayer sealing and allocation of each open hole interval. The first successful application of this technology in the E Oilfield in Bohai has solved the contradictions of large differences in reservoir properties and interlayer interference between two sand control layers, and the production output has reached the goal. This process technology breaks the bottleneck of conventional naked eye gravel filling technology, realizing segmented filling, isolation, and development of naked eye wells. It is of great significance for achieving fine reservoir development, stable oil and water control development, and improving oil recovery rate.
