Study on Infinite Stage Drag Staged Fracturing Technology and Supporting Tools

  • Hydraulic fracturing is one of the effective stimulation measures for the reconstruction of low porosity and permeability oil and gas reservoirs. Aiming at the problems encountered in the conventional horizontal well staged fracturing technology, the infinite stage drag staged fracturing technology and its supporting tools are studied. This process realizes the connection between the wellbore and the oil and gas reservoir by opening the cementing sliding sleeve or sandblasting perforation. It can realize the multi-stage fracturing reconstruction of the horizontal well in one pipe, which is not limited by the number of sections. After the construction, there is no need for drilling and milling, and secondary fracturing can be performed. The successful application of two wells shows that this technology can meet the requirements of fracturing horizontal wells with a construction pressure of no more than 66 MPa. After fracturing construction, the initial gas production of the new well reaches over 20000 m3/d, which meets the requirements of reservoir design and provides an effective means for subsequent fine staged fracturing.
