Exploration on Localization of Imported Device Components

  • An offshore drilling platform is equipped with "Aker Solution" drilling package. All equipments of the drilling package come from relevant manufacturers in EU countries. Affected by the "trade war", relevant countries impose blockade on system software and technology, and the price of imported spare parts remains high. In recent years, through active research and exploration, we have achieved remarkable results in the localization of some imported spare parts. Mud return flowmeter, the hydraulic cylinder displacement sensor, touch screen, operation and other important client device have achieved localization. While ensuring the stable operation of the system, the spare parts purchase and maintenance cost is greatly reduced, to prevent and dissolve the "neck" risks, ensure the safety of industry chain, supply chain and reduce costs and increase effciency for related companies, making great contributions. It can provide reference for the localization of similar platform imported spare parts in the future.
