Research and Application of Intelligent Layered Water Injection Technology for an Unmanned Platform in Bohai Oilfield

  • With the development of water injection technology in offshore oil fields, intelligent layered water injection is favored by more oil fields because of its unique advantages. In recent years, the mode of central processing platform and unmanned wellhead platform have been widely used in the development of Bohai oilfield, aiming at the problem of layered injection allocation of water injection wells on unmanned platform, the downhole flow valve is remotely controlled and adjusted through the ground control system and hydraulic pipeline, so as to achieve the purpose of layered allocation. The process has been successfully applied in well B of an unmanned platform in Bohai Sea in 2021, with reliable performance and good measurement and adjustment effect. This paper introduces its process technology, key devices and field construction application, providing a useful reference for layered water injection in offshore oil fields in the later stage.
