Adjustment and Effect Evaluation of Crude Oil Export System in Oilfield A

  • The central platform of Oilfield A is responsible for processing and exporting crude oil from 8 oilfields, 19 platforms and more than 350 oil wells. During the peak period, the crude oil exporting volume exceeds the designed processing capacity of the crude oil exporting system. At the same time, the increase of the crude oil export also puts forward higher requirements for the safety and stability of the crude oil export system and the emergency handling capacity under abnormal conditions. By evaluating and checking the export capacity, optimizing the flow of the emergency displacement pump, increasing the power supply mode of the emergency displacement pump, refining the three-level Shutdown Logic and other measures, the transportation and emergency capacity of the crude oil export system are effectively improved, and the safety and stability of the crude oil export system are enhanced. In 2019, the crude oil export system operated safely and stably, accumulatively transporting about 100000 cubic meters of crude oil, and providing guidance for the access of other oilfields in the later stage.
