Practice of Fishing the Wireline Logging Equipment and Wireline

Good oil and gas show was penetrated in the exploration well BX9 during drilling process at the 8.375-inch interval in East China Sea. But during the process of MDT in the naked hole, the wireline got stuck. Due to misoperation, the wireline was broken during fishing. When fishing the wireline, the total length of wireline fishing is 3 000 meters, the equipment is 23.12 meters. Five kinds of fishing tools were made urgently on site, and the fishing operation was conducted for 22 times continuously in 13 days. Wireline logging equipment and wireline had been fished successfully. In this paper, the process of wireline fishing operation is described in detail, which provides reference for similar operation in the future.
