Tectonic Characteristics and Hydrocarbon Accumulation Conditions of Longfengshan Subsag in Changling Fault Depression

  • The successful exploration of Longfengshan subsag indicates that this zone is rich in oil and gas resources, with enormous exploration potential. Well Bei201, designed according to the original two-dimensional data, yielded industrial oil and gas flow. Based on the interpretation of 3D seismic data, together with the latest exploration progress, the author, taking the tectonic stress analysis and fault formation mechanism as a starting point, systematically analyzed the overall structural evolution and fault development characteristics in the study area and discussed the geological conditions of the hydrocarbon accumulation. The study provides a reliable basis for searching advantageous oil and gas-rich zones in the study area and guidance for further exploration and research.
