Abstract
Surfactant/polymer (S/P) systems are screened and evaluated at 90℃ in the reservoir of fault block Gao 30 in Huabei oilfield in this paper. The results indicate that the interfacial tension between the chemical solution and crude oil could be lowered to the magnitude of 10-2 mN/m of which residual oil saturation could be obviously reduced, as surfactant CDS-1 active concentration ranged from 0.025% to 0.300%.Apparent viscosity of the chemical solution could be 72.37 mPa°s if 1 250 mg/L hydrophobically associating polymer HNT201-3 is added into 0.05% CDS-1 connate. Results of core displacement test, whose reservoir permeability and heterogeneous variation coefficient are identical with those of the reservoir, show that the oil recovery could be increased by 20.91% OOIP than water flood when 0.30 PV chemical slug size and 0.10 PV polymer buffer are injected into Dy nasty-Parson Cores.
