  • Baohai self-supporting offshore oilfield started to try ESP rent adopted effective measures such as bidding tactics, supply chain, since 2002. Each ESP lessor had quality system, and technical improve-ment to meet the requirements of lessees. Extended running period of ESP and increased income showed rent mode had obtained favorable effects.
