Abstract
Lixian Slope is a large wide-gentle inheritance sedimentation slope that located in the western part of Raoyang Sag, which is an important exploration target of Jizhong Depression, Bohai Bay Basin. Exploration of subtle reservoirs will be the main exploration orientation in this region. Lixian Slope can be divided into platform terrain unit in the north and monocline slope terrain unit in the south. And from east to west, it can be divided into three zones: outer zone, middle zone and inner zone. According to the thorough investigation of this slope, it is believed that the sand bar and beach facies sand body in the north and the delta facies sand body in the south are the main sand body development areas. Different zones of this slope have different subtle reservoir forming patterns, and the various subtle reservoirs in the middle zone is the optimal target in search of large scale reservoirs.
