Prediction of Oil and Gas Reservoir in Pinghu Oil & Gas Field

  • Pinghu oil & gas field, the first development oil & gas field in East China Sea, has Oligocene Huagang oil reservoir (H2-H8)and Eocene Pinghu gas reservoir (P1-P11). The fault block F1 and F2 are of the first phase for development and the block B1 and B2 are of the second phase to be developed. In the development wells of the first phase, the relation between impedance and lithology is good in Huagang formation and is bad in Pinghu formation. So many advanced techniques were applicated to predict the reservoirs of bath Huagang and Pinghu in Pinghu oil & gas field and had obtained good results.
