Study on Factors Influencing the Performance of Sandstone Gas Reservoir with Bottom-water

  • Utilizing numerical simulation method in fault block Yong 21, influences of some parameters, such as recovery rate, ratio of vertical/horizontal permeability (kv/kh), size of hottom-water, well space and perforation proportion etc., on production results of bottom-water drive sandstone gas reservoir are analyzed.Influences of length and location of shale barrier on ascending velocity of bottom-water are also elaborately simulated.It proves that based upon rational recovery rate, well space and perforation proportion, as well as taking advantage of shale barrier for putting off water coning, balanced production should be a foothold.Thus can make bottom-water advance in equilibrium form, and optimal production results can be gotten.The conclusions can provide theoretical foundation for improving production performance.
