Laboratory simulation study of the influence of reasonable sand production on reservoir physical properties and pore structure parameters

  • Most of Bohai shallow oil reservoirs are loose heavy oil reservoirs. At present, the main develop-ment mode of these reservoirs is exploitation with sand-prevention. Based on the investigation of sand pro-duction simulated tests at home and abroad, combined the reasonable sand production theory, the paper de-signs a experimental apparatus and process to evaluate the influence of reasonable sand production on reser-voir physical properties and pore structure parameters. Taking NB35-2 heavy oil reservoir as an example, this paper simulates field completion and quantitatively evaluates the influence of different pressure and crude oil viscosity on different reservoir sand production rate, physical properties and pore structure parame-ters. The result has some guiding meaning for scientific production and administration in Bohai heavy oil reservoirs.
