Research on Optimal Selection of Drainage Gas Recovery Technology Based on DEA

  • In order to select the optimal drainage gas recovery technology for liquid loading gas wells in the East China Sea Cooperation Zone, a new method is presented to tackle with this problem by using measure effect evaluation model based on DEA (data envelopment analysis). In this method, according to the evaluation characteristics of the effect of drainage and recovery measures, three input indexes and five output indexes are selected from the technical and economic perspectives to establish the evaluation index system. Then the C2R model with non-Archimedes infinite small quantity and super-efficiency DEA model are used to select the optimal drainage gas recovery technology for well C11. Through calculation, gas lift method is selected as the optimal drainage gas recovery technology for well C11, and the DEA model is also verified by actual production data. The result shows that this method can be used as an effective means to select the optimal drainage gas recovery technology on-site due to its objective and strong operability in reliable evaluation results.
