Pipeline Stress Analysis of Monopile Trestle Based on Pipe-Pile Coupling Model

  • Under extreme conditions, the large horizontal displacement of monopile platform will drive trestle and pipeline on it to produce a large relative movement. The weak part of pipeline may cause damage and leakage due to poor anti-lateral displacement stiffness of monopile platform. Combining with a modification project of a Shengli Offshore Oil platform, this paper takes the oil pipeline, trestle and monopile as a whole system and the stress characteristic is analysed, based on the overall analysis model of pipe-pile coupling. Consequently, a more reasonable analysis result is obtained and optimal pipeline layout measures are proposed, which can effectively reduce the stress level of the pipeline, and provide reference for similar projects.
